I called the toll free number, and go through the first layer of tech support, who decides I need to talk to another layer. I've clicked the box to resend the email about six times, and no email ever arrives. and done a search on the email for anything from Equifax, but nothing arrives. I enter my email, confirm I'm not a robot and click submit, and they tell me to check my email. When I go through the password reset process, it again requests my email, to which it says they will send a temporary password. I then got a screen warning me my account would be locked after 2 more invalid attempts, and an option to reset the password, which I clicked. I entered the password, but they say the password is invalid. Equifax requires my username which is my email and a password before I can get to the part where I enter the pin. I attempted to logon to Equifax to enter my pin and temporarily unfreeze the account. I need to temporarily unfreeze my Equifax security freeze. ![]()
